WHAT IS THE ARPT 6 WEEK CHALLENGE?
Set a goal, and train with us for 6 weeks. It's free to sign up. We build you a free 7 day gym workout plan, 7 day home workout plan for the days you can't make it to gym, and a macro-specific meal plan with over 25 meal options per week. We will also track your progress with free before and after shots. You also get 24/7 online support from our trainer Frank Commisso. At the end of the challenge, each member receives a ticket to the 6 week challenge presentation event where we celebrate everyone's achievements and award prizes.
TIMELINE.
Challenge officially starts on October 20th. Your workout and meal plans will be sent out on this day. The challenge will wrap up 6 weeks from this time, after which we will get your final weigh in and after photos. First weigh-in is on October 20th at 9:00am at our studio in Hendon, one day before the start of the challenge. This is when we also get your 'before' photos.
Participation.
Accountability is one of the strongest methods of attaining a goal, and attending classes will ensure you and the rest of the community are all holding each other accountable and helping one another crush each others goals. We will be holding group training sessions Tuesdays at 7:00pm and at 9:00am on Sundays at various outdoor locations. Sessions are $15 each and are pay-as-you-go.
